Energy-saving ball mill grinding advantages
Kunding Energy-saving ball mill grinding is a newly developed grinding machine which can improve the size of the granules, save energy by 30% and increase the dealing capacity by 15%-20%. This type of ball mill has a different structure from the common ball mill, which adopts double row heart-adjusted roller bearing as its main bearing. Additionally, its body and supporting frame are connected as a whole, so it can be fixed on the ground together.

Energy-saving ball mill grinding can be applied to cement, silicate, building material, refractory material, chemical materials, ore dressing, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics industries, etc.
Operating principle
Energy-saving ball mill grinding, a horizontal rotating device, has two cabins, so it is also referred as grate ball mill. Materials through the feeding device enter the first cabin regularly under the rotation of the hollow shaft screw. There is tiered liner or corrugated liner and different types of steel balls in the first cabin. The steel balls can ascend to a certain height and will be thrown down under the influence of centrifugal force caused by the rotation of cylindrical shell. During the falling process, materials will become fine for the sake of the collision between them and steel balls. After being kibbled in the first cabin, materials, through the unilayered separating board, enter the second cabin which has flat liner with steel balls inside to grind materials furtherly. In the end, powder will be discharged through discharging guide comb and grinding process is finished.
