Kun-ding detailed scheme of magnetic separation process flow: magnetic separation is one of the most wide use and advanced technology .It is mainly used for magnetic mineral selecting . Hower magnetic separator plays an important role in this process . Firstly exploited mineral is broken into reasonable fineness by Jaw crusher ,then vibrating feeders send them into ball mill which crush and grind uniformly . Thirdly classification for ore fine stuff .Spiral hierarchical machine grade and wash for ore mixture according to the principle which sedimentary speed of solid particle is different because of their different specific gravity. Fourthly ,thanks to the different XO of various ore, ,the magnetic materials are seprated from mixture things by magnetic force and mechanical force of magnetic separator
